Question ford fe camshaft question

i am building a 445 fe stroker and i am using mass flo fuel injection i was wondering when a camshaft is ground how is it determined what the firing order will be?. the mass flo uses a 87-93 5.0 mustang computer i believe the fe uses the older ford firing order so i believe i will have to change the injector firing order in the computer with the tweecer. i know the 5.0 cam is different from a regular ford is it the cam that determines the firing order or just the distributor?. the cam i am using is a comp cams made by keith craft
part # 33-000-9 it is a hydraulic roller grind # fb 3112R /3410B hr112+4.
the cam card does not say what the firing order is so i imagine it is the stock fe type. any thoughts?
