Question Gas Pedal Adjustment on Later Car

Does anyone have any tips for adjusting the gas pedal height on a later model (2613) Superformance?

I did a quick inspection of several SPFs last week, and the correct gas pedal level appears to be about even with the brake pedal. On my car, the gas pedal is well above the brake pedal, which is awkward.

There's a bolt that goes through the gas pedal and I see a nylon bushing. I loosened the bolt up (didn't take the whole thing apart) to see if there was some sort of notch in the pedal arm that limits the upward movement, but didn't see anything.

Any ideas?
