I made a convertible turkey pan for 767 Jockey. It looks alot like the first picture but uses nutserts so it's a lot tidier than the second picture with the springs and hooks. You can hardly tell from the side it's removeable. I have the laser cut bases so you can gut yours out and make a new removeable base from it with appropriately located nut serts to hold it together.
