Yes, Sherm's has a very well deserved reputation in the custom and resto world. They're expensive, but worth it when you need the best possible street or show plating.
I don't know if they do powder coating, though, and if they do, it's likely to be pricey. Quality powdercoat doesn't require anything like the skill and expertise of plate and I'd be happy with "serviceable" for my alternator brackets, etc.
