Bruce Bosley , RIP

I heard today that Bruce " Carnut" Bosley recently passed away. He was a friend on a succession of Mustang forums. I tried to talk him into buying my Cobra but decided to pass. It was his ford gt story that made me extra cautious. He and his wife invited me to a BBQ at the barrett jackson when it flooded and his back yard was inches from his patio deck. We met for breakfast in Vegas when he and some friends were headed home to Phoenix after SEMA. We met once at their gathering at a burger place too.

Most of you probably never knew he was a gifted writer spinning a yarn about his mafia squirrel family headed by Vito ala the Godfather. It was hilarious and survives on a small mustang forum now only with a few of us that continue to hang there. Squirrels and nuts were a central theme and the link to "carnut" was obvious.

So long friend, you will be missed.

Bruce certainly was one of the good guys and at least he did finally get to own a Cobra. It sure put a smile on his face. He is missed.

Bruce had bought a very nice FFR from Juan several months ago. He was able to take it on a few little runs which made him realize what he'd been missing. Such a shame he didn't have more time.
