Art,

I'm trying to get my schedule down for that month ... My SVO pals in Trussville are bugging the devil out of me to bring the Cobra!

From past experience, definitely worth the money!!! .. as you get more track time than you realize by the end of the day! Very friendly track and John and crew do an outstanding job putting it all together.

Bud

I think this is the track Unique uses for their open house events. I would be game to give it a shot. I need to find a small trailer so I can make these close by track events.

I may try and fire up the little beast tomorrow if I can get the last few things done before my sons baseball games. That will be a great fathers day present.

It is. They rent it once a year for Unique Owners. There's quite a few who live local to it and come out several times a year when the Alabama SAAC guys put something on.

1.3 mile course .. and a blast to drive on. Very informal, Gentleman passing, but they still keep things aimed at priority one .. SAFETY.

Last couple of time we've rented it .. the owner has changed track rules so there's only 4 cars allowed on the track at a time. No real need for corner workers if you space people of equal experience out from the pits.

How long of drive is it to the track? I don't have a trailer and would probably have to drive.

Talladega should less than two hours from my experience. It is before Birmingham on I-20.

From Atlanta;
Take I-20 to exit 185 (Oxford) and travel south on highway 21 for approximately 12 miles. TGPR is on the left.

We would love to have as many of you guys as possible, usually 3-4 Unique cars from AL. participate.
No alcohol, laid back, relaxed event. Bring the family.

I'm in S. Marietta .. for me it takes a 1 1/2 hrs at normal traffic flow speeds. Approx 90 miles from Thorton Rd (exit 44 on I-20) .. and I'm only 10 minutes or so from there.
