When speaking with Bill (however briefly ) he was already singng the praises of high rise heads - so I suspect that's what we'll see. Will that configuration with suitable intake fit under your hood scoop?

Yes, but you can't run two 4 barrels, only a single carb.

Thumbs up

TC, Love the idea.
Can't wait to have a non-club meeting and fire up the Kirkham. Remember, I get the first ride!
Maybe we should have it Labor Day then we can abuse anyone within 400 miles who can't make it with the whole family....

...actually most any time will do!

Alex... (multi-photo posts) I usually put the photos in my gallery then have that open in one window and the thread open in another... copy the photo URL and paste to the thread, keep typing, grab the next one copy and paste....

So was the right answer Alaska and Halibut? 510ci? Canon EOS??? high rise???... I forgot the question

Halibut until Alex says otherwise, correct answer. Alaska, correct answer.
510 CID, it's actually 510.6, you surely have a calculator that goes out one decimal place I'll be nice and give you that one for sitting in the front row.
Yes, but model number is critical, half correct.
High rise what? has anything risen lately?

Come on, pay attention

High Rise Heads, of course.....
.....and if I don't miss my guess on this one, with the hours you are spending on the Kirkham, only your hood has risen lately!!!!

...and I didn't need a calculator... I'm DIGITAL, I used my fingers....

Chill,

Actually the most FUN and masculine thing I have done was trying to insert several feet (24 to be exact) of 6 guage wire into 3/4" diameter conduit tunnel (picture long thick material ), when a certain someone with a self-painted silver 289FIA (I won't name names, of course ) comes over to consult on my 220V new circuit but forgets to discuss lubrication needed for this procedure. My forearms are still sore. Feel free to call me offline on how we get him back for the pain and suffering he has caused us all .

TC
Get out the KY 6 gauge.... How many amps does that welder need??? I used 6 gauge to hook up my 15kw gens set to my barn panel. I think I used 10 Gauge for the welder outlet and 12 for the 220 motors in my shop

Best way to lose weight - push big wire into little pipes without lubrication Want to look like Popeye - push big wire into little pipes without lubrication

Want to torment your friends - tell them to save a few bucks and push big wire into little pipes without lubrication

Who would do such a thing ?

Sounds like to me GS did you a favor, now both forearms match!!!
