Wanna make your wife giggle like a school girl ?
You can tell her the email offering an additional 3 inches worked as advertised.
Or do as I did. Hand her the keys to your Cobra and say "take me for a ride". I have never heard her giggle nonstop. It was a trip watching her run through the gears, the smile getting bigger with each shift.
I have possibly created a monster that I will now have to fight with to see who drives to the next event. Or should I build her a BB car

You know what they say about women...
SIZE does matter, you better build her a BB!

Randy;
Looking forward to seeing the finished product---certainly does look good in pic's.
Good to see your wife rise to the challenge---I can barely get mine to sit in the passengers seat---always too much wind, noise, smell of high octane, etc--but for me, it's heaven.

Mike, Andrea is as close to being a gearhead as a lot of guys. Now that she has driven the car and loved it upgrades should be no problem. She may even come out of retirement, get a job, and fund the Cobra up grades, or we may become a two Cobra family.
Big Easy, the car is about 90% finished and so much fun to drive I doubt I'll get it 100% until winter. I still need to color sand and buff one more time, finish the carpet, tweek the suspension and brakes.
Cracker it's not the bore size - it's the stroke lenght and speed.

My wife and I went to dinner last Sunday night, and she rode in the Cobra for the first time in 6 years, and after having a few drinks I asked her to drive us home, and boy did she drive us home. People were honking and waving and whistleing, whereas I sort of get ignored in comparison. I'm thinking I'd better hide the keys from now on. Come to think of it, I don't know where the keys are.....! Oh my God !
