OK, now that I read JO thread and all no competition is needed but the SB guys can still buy dinner. John doesn't need a parachute just TC's jacket attached by a string.
Randy, If I stripped down to my undies I would certainly be considered a "Cobra lightweight" and gain an unreasonable and unfair advantage - not to mention hording all the girls!

Tony R great analogy - eggshells indeed.

Tony - perhaps you could negotiate with the track to make this an ACC event. There are always members of our group with a car down for various reasons - let them bring an alternate vehicle. Should be worth it to the track to get the Cobra attendance. TC could bring a Mustang, street German, or even his race German and a calendar. Johan - GT40, Hummer, or Deadmobile. If my car goes belly up before then, my scooter is sold, so I will bring an 86 Toyota Tercel, no power adders, and save anyone any embarrassment. ( Cracker, do I still get in the big block group? )

JO - I remember seeing that second 460 in your garage - drop that bad boy in the Tercel and forget about fuel ecconomy Heck, if you did that it might even get to visit Savannah someday!
Don't disappoint John - bring the BEAST! That goes for you too TC I'm anxious to see that FE monster pull through the finish line.

All my cars do not work . I want to bring a Suzuki Hayabusa. Total cost $7,400. Look on Cobra faces trying to catch it--priceless . What a BIG jerk I am

John, you can bring anything you want (perhaps limited to four wheels). There will be all kinds of vehicles there. Friday night is a "run what you've got" event. On the particular nite we're there, Cobras will merely be the premier event (as if they wouldn't be anyway).

Chiperb, c-mon, talk about priorities - weddings? Sorry TC - I don't know what got into me, I think I was unconsciously influenced by Randy.

Sounds like fun. Late Oct, early Nov is fine.
I hear you Randy, and based on the rules for required equipment, you won't even need seat belts and I doubt that your panama hat will even fly off!!!

Last Friday in November won't fly in this household - it's my wife's B-Day! My sons B-day is last Friday in Oct. Just let us know the date so I may prep the car by then (fill up the fluids).

Somene pick a date - please. I'll make it to whatever night we go. Just give me a few days notice.
Just a thought here but why limit it to one time? Can we do two Fridays so that everyone can make at least one and the lucky few can do both.
Randy

Commerce
That sounds good to me. I live on the South side and usually go down to Silver Dollar in Reynolds but Commerce would be OK, especially if there were other Cobra's there.
I'm going to Run & Gun on the 15th but would like to go in late Oct or Nov.
I'm sure the BB guys will love my VERY Small Block 6 cylinder.
Regards,
Bob
