Sounds like they are just jealous.... ...
Just to recap, while they were at home cleaning the bathrooms and vacuuming we had a nice drive on a beautiful day, enjoyed a few cool ones and some wings with a side of some extremely fine 'local talent', sprinted up 75 led by a GT40, more brews at Johan's, cruised Buckhead in a humvee... I don't believe I did any chores on Saturday, how about you???
...maybe they will show up next time....

Chores ? I don't do them or windows. Chill what is vacuuming ?
Like I said early in this thread I was educating a Corvette guy on real cars. He did have a few nice ones, a 63 split window, 67 BB coupe, 64 roadster with a SB stroker. Oh and a new ZO6 or something.
He was freaked when I took him for a ride and more freaked when he drove it.
I'll try and make it next time if you really show me some hooters Cruise Buckhead in a Hummer - did you guys all rap together?
Randy

BRAHAHAHA!!!! It took me a second or two to figure out what you were referring to. I was like "bicycle? - er .. no" .. even went down the list in my head .. 1. DUI (golfer @2pm) 2. Shoplifting porno mags 3. Shoplifting cig lighters while his buddy was stealing the porno mags 4. Driving while suspended for VGCSA" Then I remembered your water bottle carrying friend. HA! I still laugh when I think about that goofball!
Come on warm weather!!! I wanna go driving!!!

I'm just afraid of getting caught in the wake of John Owen's Plutonium-powered, jet-snake. As soon as he sources a Kryptonite-lined clutch to get the power to the wheels, we're all in trouble. Personally, I think he's simply trying to break the time barrier so he can pick up an original for $5K.

Ya know .. John does remind me of a cross between Dr. Emmett Brown (Back to the Future) and Albert Einstein. Maybe it's the hair .. or the 6 or 7 PhD degrees he has .. or maybe it's the fifty billion switches on the dash or his Cobra ... none of which are marked, yet he know what every last one is for ...
