Happy Birthday Randy. Yes they are special aren't they. To put it in perspective, our pal that works automotive magic with 2x4s and a hammer had a heart attack this most recent Monday. Had the most shocking phone call as I called his house yesterday. He was here last Saturday. Angioplasty and two stents and fortunately he is on the road to recovery. Of course, don't ask me about how my exhaust is coming along .

I appreciate the public display of good wishes and the emails, however from this point on just send money.

Randy

HB Randy! I would have sent money, but instead I sent a check to the Equal Rights for Same-Sex Partners Foundation in your name. What about Bill? Heart attack? I called Southern on my way to Macon yesterday and Jennifer simply said "he was at home". I hope the 40 or 50 phone calls I made during my engine build didn't contribute. Susan, if you're reading this, give him my best wishes for a speedy recovery.

TC... when discussing medical problems, please leave your exhaust out of it ...

...before the ACC rumors go nuts, call me and let me know if you are talking about who I think you are......

Guys, it is not Bill or anyone you likely now, it is friend of mine that Randy met while putting my car together. I hope he recovers quickly, otherwise I'll never get my car finished .

On a lighter note. The trailer vision has come to life. I've got some minor tweaking to do, but all in all, she's good to go. I can crank out around 10-15 a month. It's light, easy to tow and very solid.

Here's a shot with the skin on. It's 18 oz reinforced vinyl. Same stuff used on 18 wheelers and gravel trucks.

Sorry Mike, I guess I jumped to conclusions. When you said "our pal", I took off on a tangent. Well at least I'm glad to know my calls didn't lead to a health hazard.

Randy, cheap!

Inexpensive you mean. Low cost alternative. Price/performance leader. Introductory priced....but never cheap . Look's cool.

You're right, nothing about this baby is cheap. Since I'm targeting the "frugal" part of the Cobra-owner market, I think "budget". I'm still negotiating with one of my vendors, but the target is around $4K. I'll have my website and CC banner up in the next week or so. Everything will be listed, including lots of photos.

Birthday boy reporting here - I finished up a few details on the car and took it for a spin - damn this cold weather - it was great.

Cracker dropped by - in his highly modified car - no hood - webers sticking out and one door missing - I'll let him tell the story

My soul is realigned now that I have driven the car again and I'm ready to finish all the little details.

Hurry up spring

Randy

Yes, I am bushed. Son's soccer tryouts yesterday plus some internet surfing, today went to lunch with the family, cut up some dead trees, burnt them along with some brush, went motocycle riding today. Man, this Cobra building is tiring.
