Intoduction
Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I've been reading this forum for about a year or so, but never registered. Recently took delivery of a Factory Five Racing kit that i am plugging away at now. So far, so good!!
I live in GA and recently moved from the Lilburn area to Roswell. From what i can tell, there are quite a few cobras in this area. I live near Crabapple and Holcomb Bridge (crossville rd). Definatly wouldn't mind checking out some finished cars for inspiration!!

Welcome to the area and club! There are several of us up here in the N. Atl. region as evidenced as to how many of the cruises originate from here. The other reason being our proximity to the more mountainous area up north. DavidH is literally buttoning up his FFR car as we speak and your brand along with the Unique's dominate our local club.

Brian,
Sounds like you and I could probably walk to each others homes. I am just south of 92 where the Super Target is and north of Jones Rd. Send me a PM or email, and I will get you my number so we can hook up, and if you need a hand, I'd be happy to help when available.

Welcome to the area Brian. I live up the road from TC and down the road from Cracker off of 140. Look forward to watching your build progress and will be happy to lend a hand when needed.

Walking distance is a good thing at the rate TC finishes cars!

Paid Brian a visit. He's already made serious headway. I am very impressed at the quality of the body on the FFR as well as the frame. Fit and finish is great right out of the box, and the build documentation they provide is terrific.

Oh yeah, SFCJ, did you know the Kirkham's have a new footbox that gives 4 inches more leg room? You would fit like a glove in yours with that.

Thanks for stopping in Mike. Btw, that tool offer....do you have a fuel line bender by chance? I have a roll of 3/8 steel tubing laughing at me. Dont know if i will get to it this weekend and will probably wait until the rearend is back and installed.

Brian,
I have a tube bender you can borrow. But to be honeset I threw away the roll of brake line that FFR sent me. The preflared lines from Napa are the way to go. Get them in a lot of different lengths. If you want to stop by this weekend and look at how I ran mine it may give you some ideas. I'm home all weekend.
I'm down to one page of trim work and one page future wish list. Insurance is done and plan to register on Monday if I have a good weekend.

Thanks David. I bought the pre-bent/pre-flared brake lines from Tri-state. I will be using the 3/8 steel line for fuel lines. What is your number again? I'd like to stop by on Sat sometime. Or just call me at 404-642-1597

Brian, as a matter of fact I may if I didn't give it back to Randy . I'll look for it in a bit, I probably have two, but I'll be lucky if I can find one.
Way to go David on being so close to done. I ripped my throttle linkage apart, and may try to fit a 7/8 clutch master this weekend.

As a group we should have that tool covered. I borrowed Chill's and loaned it to Scott, TC needed one and asked Chill, Chill asked me where his was and I couldn't remember so I bought a new one and delivered it to TC. Now Scott is finished.......... and I'm sure JO and Cracker and DC and ................ has one too.
