Default Anyone used Gran Turismo East?

I'm getting ready for a spring "clean up" on the car and am having a local britsh car shop do a suspension and brake check for me. They recommended that for alignment and balancing, I take the car to Gran Turismo East off Chamblee. Supposedly they are the best around. Anyone have any experience with these guys? How about pricing?

Jeff at Gran Turismo east is "da bomb" for sure and I highly recommend them. I even took them my riding mower.

I started using them back in the 70's. They did my street cars and race cars - as stated "da bomb" I would have taken them my lawnmower if I owned one.

As GS knows, the owner(Lewis ?) had a GT350 "R-model" for much of the seventies , eighties and early ninties, that he used to race at Road Atlanta etc. When he found out how much it was worth, he sold it shortlly thereafter, but you can tell he misses it.

Johan when I started going to them they were all KIDS Harris, Jeff, Jim and Al (taken way too early in an auto accident in Daytona) .

Now they are just like me, old and full of bench racing. I can't believe they have been in the business since before low profile tires Bought my first set of P-7's from them but I regress. Go for it Jason and tell them I said hey.

Guys - It's beautiful out! I hope that I wasn't the only one driving to work today! Even better, it's a 1/2 day for me and then down to Grand Turismo for the afternoon!

Jason,

By the time you read this you likely will have returned from Gran Turismo as another of their legions of happy customers. Curious if you made an appointment as with the Mitty this week, most people go there to get their racecars tweak before the race. Anyway, I am parroting what GS and Johan said. My PC has been spending half it's days with out IT department and is still not well.

TC - I had no problems getting in, made an appointment on Monday for today. Those guys really are outstanding - I'm very happy with the service and cobra now drives/rides much better. This is the first alignment and speed balance it has had since the car was built 4 yrs ago. Thanks all for the recommendation!
