I'm an Atlanta member and can attest to it being a total POS! Obviously NOT! It's absolutely georgeous and you can comb your hair with the reflection in engine compartment too. BigEasy - did you mention it has power steering? Best wishes and anyone who wants another angle on this car can contact me. It's sweet!

GS, Cracker & Excelguru;
Thanks for the testimonials, and the kudo's on the car. I hate to see it go, but perhaps a new build is in my future.
Interest from this forum seems to be limited, although I have had a few emails regarding trades.
I may be driving it this summer after all.....

Interested
Charlie, I shot you a proposed trade but I am pretty sure I can sell the car outright. Based on what I have been told I am indeed interested in your Cobra. If you can please email me jjtarnow@yahoo.com so we can discuss privately that would be great.
Thanks,
Josh

Charlie, that was quick. Did you advertise it anywhere or did it sell off the post?

Charlie:
Was the purchaser Josh from NJ. He actually lives in the next town over from me and was hoping to see the car in person. Looks like a great car at a great price (actually almost toooo cheap).

Yes, it is Josh, and please tell him personally your sentiments on this car being a great deal for the price----I certainly think that it is!!
I feel I have some sort of kinship with you guys already---my wife actually grew up in Short Hills/Chatham, so I hope the damn thing is not going to one of her old boyfriends
Considering our age, maybe she was your babysitter
The car should be in route to Josh on Monday afternoon---I would expect he will see it by end of next week.
I'm sure he's going to enjoy it......

Yep, it was me and I'm very excited to get the car. I've been operating at low HP for a while (little British car) and I'm happy to be back home! I look forward to speaking/seeing some of you in the future. Thank you for all your help in terms of vouching for Charlie's car. Don't ever let someone tell you that it doesn't matter..it does.

My baby is Gone.....
Like TC said it would be, it was not easy watching her go today...
I got the call from Horseless Carriage, and the driver asked me to bring the car down to the Alpharetta Farrari dealer, where he was unloading . The weather today was brisk, but sunny, so I actually welcomed the opportunity to drive her one last time
The Farrari dealership is only about 15 minutes from my house, so I enjoyed the delivery---the car never even got up to temperature. The amazing thing was to see half the Ferrari dealership come out to the parking lot to view the car---here we are surrounded by $100K plus plus Ferrari's and Maserati's, and these guys are all drawn to the sound of the Cobra
Even my wife, who was following me for a ride home, commented that the look of these cars going down the road is something amazing
I'll see the ATL CC group at the next meet---I'll definitly need the fix....

OK, I see it---Ferrari, not Farrari. They are still $100K and up, no matter the spelling
