Default Sat / Sun Cruise

Any Georgia guys (gals) up for a cruise on 11/6 - 11/7? The weather has finally cooled and the rain is gone.

I will be getting in from LA late Saturday... actually Sunday AM, but I should be good for a Sunday mid-day run.

I'm taking the bow into the woods to fill the freezer in the morning, but would be up for a drive in the afternoon.

Sounds like sometime between 1 and 2. Any suggestions on where we can hook up?

Randy

Speaking of "hook", if you have a tow rope, maybe I can make it.

How about we all go to Tony's house and help him harness all that stroker HP. Tony I thought you were going to give me a call!

Randy, I called you three or four times yesterday as I was driving down to Southern to get a new slave cylinder. I kept getting your voicemail.

I got the new slave installed and bled yesterday. It appears that the clutch is locked up. I can only shift if the engine isn't running. It looks like I have full travel. I don't know WHAT is going on.

Tony, you figure out what this knock is coming out of my new tranny and I will figure out your clutch! Sometimes these things can be about as frustrating as not getting to drive on a 70 degree Sunday in November...

I guess I'll load her up and haul her butt down to McDonough tomorrow. I wish I got frequent flyer miles.

Default Sorry I missed you.....

Just now got on the AC forum and saw your post Randy. Sorry I missed out as I want to meet some of the folks. I got out from about 4-5 this afternoon and it was gorgelicious weather.

I was going to try and find my way past your house and was looking for the fire station, but then realized you are off 120 and I was on 9 coming south from Cumming. By that time I had to head to the house as "she who must be obeyed" was calling, along with the band of flying monkees.

Had some fun with a guy in a blue vette who showed me a little parkway road where I got to open it up a bit.

If I can get a kitchen pass, I'll try to make it to the Lotus / exotic car thing next weekend - if it doesn't conflict with Auburn vs Dogs - WAR EAGLE!. Hope the weather is as nice as today.
Thanks!
Scott

She'll shut up and go away if you pour water on her. Better yet, get yourself a supersoaker.
