TC... leave the protective film on, it gives the car a nice 'work-in-progress' look...and that way nobody will notice the hand-prints
Of course a bad alternator will add to the charm as well... why fix it....

Hector, there's a show at the Rock Springs United Methodist church in Lawrenceville tomorrow morning from 8:30 - 1:30 (1100 Rock Springs Rd.) . I might run over for that one. It's too close to miss.

Guys, I will get there around 3:00 pm if you guys can come then thats awesome. lets change the time for 3:00 pm.. know guys, sorry about the late start. I blew it on that. the place normally opens at 5 and our previous shows there werr in the summer months and we had plenty of daylighty.
because of the location being soo grand I wanted to keep it there but becaus ethe place doesnt open till 5 that gave a problem.
I asked the place to open up early for us and he is at 4:00. we can change locations for fute months if there is an interest in that. True, our Lotus cars are british and lucky for you guys, you dont have Lucas electronics, thank goodness you dont. I do, but for some reason my lights work just fine so I am lucky.
sorry about the time problems, but the GA game will be on TV at Giovanni's. its going to be a great day tomorrow with a high of 62, so by 3 and 4PM the day light will be perfect.
see you guys at 3:00 ??? I will be there from 3 till 7.
Brian ( Lotus with Lucas wiring )

come on guys, bring your cars, your gloves, hats, and I will ask Vinny to brew up something warm for our stomachs for the ride home.
lets make it 3:00 that way you can do your afternoon cruise, then come on over to the show.
I also invite dthe Triumph club, Alfa, Ferrari, Lambo, Lotus, Jag, Jensen, MG, and Porsche club. there should be a great mix of cars. I am thinking 30-50 cars.

fantasic looking and sounding machine.. I can hear it start up from miles away. Those sidepipes are just wonderful.
another guy is coming tomorrow with a 63 split windo vette. I havent seen one of those in years.

Hey that works for me, see you Saturday afternoon. I will be at my daughter's horse show mid-day, so later works better for me anyway to get in a late afternoon horse-power show....
....as for the 'Lucas' cracks...... My car has Lucas switches, Lucas wiper motor, etc and since the 'original' car was largely an AC, Lucas wiring and all, .....we should fit right in.
Hey you mentioned having something warm available... Will Giovanni's have warm beer available? ....Sorry I couldn't resist one more Lucas crack
p.s. Brian, Did you go to the Atlanta Lotus Owners meeting at Flashback a month or so ago? The name is familiar and there was a red Esprit there....

Hi Chill, yes that was me and my red Esprit at Flashback. they did some work for me and I really liked their service. I met you in the parking lot ? You pulled into the Flash Back building with those side pipes and the rumbling shoock the fillings out of my head.
that was a fun day.
see you tomorrow.

Lucas ? on a Cobra ? I didnt know that would happen. luckily your lucas components are functioning.. ? hopefully.
yeah, I will see if Vinncy can warm up some coffee for us.. He is a great guy and they make great pizza. They should have a sign up on the place announcing to the public our car show. the last turn out was good, the previous turn out was fantastic.

brrrr RRR
It was a bit CHILLY, but a good showing of Lotus', Ferraris, and a few Cobras; Jason showed up (sans Cobra) while Keith Lang, Gordon Peters, and chill braved the cool temps (sans heater).....
I can defintely recommend Giovannis pizza and the owner even said he would be happy to host the Cobra club whenever we want.. of course that was before Keith and I made a loud and smoky exit...

TC you have enough stuff in the garage to have your own car show.
