Anytime Johan ? sounds confrontational ...
I don't ever want to argue anything with you Frank.
You asked me if I would tell what I saw in court.
I said "sure ".
I saw your car parked several feet out in the paddock road, not in a parking space. You had been driving by and just simply stopped in the road and got out of your car.
Your car was not supposed to be in the pits. You did not have a pit parking pass.
I saw you messing with my car and slam the engine lid without the forethought to first move your hand.
You should not have been messing with my car.
I figured it was the beer I saw you drinking.
I heard a diesel truck drive by and heard a bump , looked out the door of the trailer and saw Red's dually going maybe 15-20 mph down the road.
I told you I thought someone might have just hit your car.
You ran out of the trailer screaming at the top of your lungs (the same way you went in) that you were goning to kick the Mo Fo's a$$. Bad luck happens in threes I guess.
We (several of us) spent the next 20 minutes keeping you alive and getting things calmed down. You were asked to leave for intentionally starting a fight.
Red did not intentionally hit your car.
I'd never met either you or Red before nor seen you since.
Why you bring this up on a forum is beyond my comprehension.
I'm not a vendor and I have told you all of this by e-mail in the past. I'm not trying to hurt your feelings, but feel you were part to blame and you need to just "get over it".
I'm happy to have friends stop by the pits during the race weekend and enjoy the races and activities. I appreciate that they don't cause a lot of trouble. Frank, no hard feelings here and sorry about your car, but you were in the wrong place at the wrong time
