Default Airports aren't all that bad.

While the airport has it own pain factors. I want to vent on I-75. returning from Sebring Friday......I would prefer TSA searches...ugh!! 4 wrecks. Waited in Cleremont FL for 2 hours alone. Tractor trailer rig rolled up on a landscape crews trailer and into the bed of the tow vehicle. No injuries just 50,000 PO'd tourists....shift change at Disney. Oh well at least its cooler here.

Tony,

So - what do you do that you are regularly carrying a microwave PA through the airport?

Mike, I sell microwave PAs specifically for satellite transmission. Don't believe what Randy says. It's not necessarily true.

Well - if I had seen this earlier this afternoon I would have called you. I went by your neighborhood this afternoon in my FFR - stopped by mzhun's house and check on his progress with the engine re-install - then went to the dept for a couple of hours. Saw the dark clouds moving in, felt a sprinkle or two and haul butt home. Made it!!!

I'm sure Matt will be ready by the weekend for some break in miles. I have to work Sat, but Sunday is looking good if the weather plays nice.

Let me know - I may be free on Sunday. I still have a ton of stuff to do to my car - it is still in the "driveable enough to go across country" state but still have lots to do to "finish" it.

Did I see you this afternoon? I saw a blue with whiite stripes Cobra near downtown Kennesaw this afternoon on my way home from work. Whoever it was it sounded great!

Randy,

I am an EE and have been doing RF stuff for years - mainly in the cellular industry. A good friend of mine in Illinois is a PA designer guru......

MZhun,

If you ever need a hand give me a call on my cell phone. I am only a few minutes away.....

Nice.

It started to drizzle Monday about 8pm - I put the smack down on the skinny pedal and barely made it to the house before the showers hit. Otherwise, I would have stopped by on my return.
