Front (or rear) bumper shocks?
I have seen pictures of them in Brooklands books. Does anyone know the donor car for the bumper shocks?

I have the Ford part numbers on file, I used to supply them to AC. I will dig the files out Saturday and report.

You're a good lad Rick, thanks. I'm guessing it's something silly like a Pinto part or similar.

OK,
After digging around long enough I found the "parts to AC" files and the last Poly Gel Mitigators (PGMs in Fordspeak, bumper isolators to the rest of the world) I supplied were part numbers:
E7ZZ-17754-A Front
E7ZZ-17757-A Rear
These are circa 1987 Mustang units and are modified where they bolt to the overider, the mounting face is narrowed and the bolt holes are added. The earlier MK IVs used the early "Fox" Mustang isolaters from the 1983 Mustang and then moved to the 87 model units.
Hope this helps.............

Hey Rick that's great info thanks. The first thing that pops up on a Google search is these things. MUSTANG ISOLATOR AND BRACKET ASSY FRONT BUMPER RH OR LH | M-17754-4A | NPD
Does that looks like it might be them with a little customizing of the front flange you mention?
