Another suggestion is to find a decent upholsterer close to home and show them the pics. The door panels, dash, etc, and even the coaming pads would be a piece of cake to fabricate. Search around the different gauge and seat manufacturers for the other stuff and voila! You can have a near identical interior custom made for your car for pretty close to what it would cost to import and alter/adapt the pieces from the UK. Best of luck.
EDIT - Lol! Looks like we were typing at the same time. I've changed gauges several times on various cars. Just pick out the ones you like - they all come with the necessary wiring and sensors, etc. Not a big job at all. Use your existing dash as a template and cut a new one out of aluminium sheet after making a cardboard mockup and fitting it to the car. You can do that yourself or have the upholstery guys do it. Its really not a difficult undertaking at all.
