It is not a "Domestic Content" issue but rather a "Kit Car" issue. TC allows import of "car kits" but not "Kit Cars"....what's the difference? Depends on the time of day and the party at TC. All in all a very difficult import. To do an SPF GT40 for example will require the tub only be imported as a "starter kit" and all other items imported separate. And they can't all come from the same source!
