I remember this thread from a few years back. It's fun to see what people have to work with. My garage is about the size of a fiberglass mold that would fit over my car

You may be able to see the mess in my shop, it's 28x32 and had 2 cars in it when pics were taken, the garage is 60x40 and it's still too small.

great photo's , CCX I just noticed you changed your car info , leaf spring FIA car , that's sweet . I just started a thread saying how most FIA/Slabs replicas use a IRS and aren't very true too the breed . Is this a custom set up ?

shop; AKA "the snakepit"
It took five year to convince my wife to let me buy 8 acres of land. Then a couple of years to build a shop. I wanted a 40 x 60 but she said that was to big. I asked her "how large a shop do I need?' She said about the same size as our garage. Way to small, but. So every time she asks me how big the shop was going to be, I would say "about the same size as the garage". The first phase was 30' x 50', a couple of years later I add a 20' x 50' onto the back. Now I have a 50' x 50'.
I have central air conditioning, a bathroom and a small office. The ceiling is 10' 4" high, good lighting, ceiling and walls painted gloss white and plenty of storage room. Not the best but good for me. The guys come out and work on their cars or just hang out.
I wish I had built it years ago.
Dwight

Garages
Here is my garage. It is 30 x 35 with heating and A/C. The middle stall has a 13.5 foot ceiling height with a two post lift and the other two are 10 feet. I only have room for two stalls for cars as the other is a work area.

Thanks Craig, after years of making do with whatever I had, I finally built what I wanted. Of course now that it is done there are a few things that I would do differently
