Default Springs, did a search.

After all the expermenting what are most people running for front and rear springs? I understand that all brands/cars are different. I have a 2005 build Midstates with front tube, and 9 inch rear, Qa1 basic coil over and black (not Qa1 springs) rated at 350 lbs frt. and 220-50 rear. Ride is terrible. Have to do some suspension sorting, previous owners changed all settings and everything is now out. Starting with the basic's checking tires for round and balance, will be raising the rear by changing mounting points and will check pinion angle. Also, before alignment will try to get the car corner weighed. Any other information or suggestions are welcomed. Any midstates guys out there what weight springs are you running on a street car set up?

I started out with 350# in the front. Way too soft. I'v gradually moved up to 500#. Nice stable ride, good control, not too harsh.

I'm thinking of going up to a 600# in the front for less body roll on the track.

I have IRS, so my rear spring rates don't apply to your car.
