"All the parts you need to finish are included in the kit except engine, tranny, wheels and tires." So far I have the frame in a roller state and I've probably ordered parts 3 or 4 times. Just small stuff like extra washers, bushings, etc and some of it is because a new clutch doesn't come with mounting bolts, trannies don't come with all the parts you need like speedo plugs, etc. Starters don't come with mounting bolts.
If suppliers would just tell you what hardware you need so you can order it at the same time, my life would be much easier.

I was told the car was a chick magnet. Turns out it's a middle aged man magnet.
Actually, within 5 minutes of owning the car, a woman yells to me that I'm driving her dream car. I look to my left and to my surprise, Ethel Merman is alive and well.

I was told a number of times by different manufacturers "our Cobra body shape is an exact replica of an original Cobra".
Luckily, I started looking before I had cash.
I went to ERA and finally got what I was looking for.
Eventually, though, I found "Cobra Purists Anonymous"...
"Hi. My name is "Doug", and I'm a Cobra purist..."
"Hi, Doug!" (in unison)
"My Cobra puritanism started back in 2000, as the internet boom peaked and I calculated my net worth with stock options..."

Then there is the one from Clois, "I only used it a little."
I replaced the lower part of the fuel pump in the Jegs parking lot during a poker run. It was 97 degrees outside.
True story.
