Default Trans oil in Viper T56
What trans oil do you use in the T56 Viper trans?

I have heard that Dexron 3 works. But i also heard its recomended Castrol syntorq LT. But i dont know if i can found syntorq in Sweden?

TKO- says Dexron III (GM Auto) is for use in all TKO tranny's. What ever you do do NOT put any SYNTHETIC fluid in! INstantly eats up the nylon/plastic sleeves in the synchros.

Did that once on a T-56 (Viper tranny & drivetrain in a Cobra)- very costly attempted up-grade!

The oil i got is Dexron 3 ATF semisyntetic.

Better open the drainplug before use it perhaps?
