Interesting design - for use with wire wheels. Aluminum casting. I don't think AC used aluminum in the 2000 or 3000 series.
They also might work with McPherson struts, or a bolt-on upper connection. My guess is one of the small British manufactures like Lotus.

They are not cobra parts, Bennet cobra had a similar uprite, but not these. American made ,they have the ears for the standard 3.5"Willwood brake caliper mount, Spline drive,CV side looks to be Porsche spacing, Upper mount could take a Heim/Rose joint, ala GT40 trailing arm they fit inside a 15" wheel, I'm thinking Can-Am car maybe?
