They work VERY well, but look terrible on a cobra. The lenses stick one inch out of the chrome bezels. Looks like the fenders swallowed a pair of Coke bottles. They look great on Hummers though.

So with these we'd be driving... bug-eye Cobras?

Commercial truck drivers have been happy to pay high prices for the LED replacement marker, tail and now headlights because of their nearly infinite lifespan. The time, hassle and cost of getting pulled over or flagged for dead lights makes it worthwhile.

We're still in the area where LED lighting for street cars is a gosh-wow option more than a practical choice.

What rock-throwing? 5-600 horsepower has no place in a street vehicle with any sensible purpose, so the only point is gosh-wow. LED headlights offer *nothing* that cheaper alternatives (even the relatively expensive cheaper alternatives) offer. So the only point to having them would be for extreme durability... or gosh-wow.
