Default B&B new coupe chassis

I wanted to post a few pictures of the new B&B coupe chassis, this was all computer designed space frame that has now taken the place of the old B&B rectangular tube chassis, the leg room is now much better the seats are now dropped down 2" the rear end is now set-up with a parallel 4 bar with a pan hard bar I will have more shots of the rolling chassis in the days to come.

You guys build a great car. I'll be taking my cobra out of winter storage this week. I've had it on the road 8 years. Still on my first battery. The only problems I had so far was a broken door latch and destroyed a transmission. Both my fault. Jim

I don't know that Bryan and B&B need any defense, they have good reputations for B&B's Cobra roadster and '34 Coupe. As Bryan says, the Street Coupe is a new design based on an earlier roadster/street coupe design. I have mine on order and hope that the pics that Bryan posted are of my chassis. Keep things rolling, Bryan; I'm really getting the itch to get rolling on my build. The engine is on the test stand and should be ready in about two weeks.

thanks lawrence, and yes that is your chassis, if you get a chance post a few pictures up, I sent you a lot more shots then I posted here on clubcobra, i also have a few shots of your body straight out of the mold as you will see not very much body work, you will not even see any molds seems since we have them all hidden and not up on top of the fenders and nose. I hope to have your car done in a week or two. talk to you later.

Boy, that body looks great! Even better than the one that I saw when I was up there. The reflections on the body look like I'll have to do a minimum of massaging with the long board to get it flat. And the seams look like they'll take a lot less filling and preping than the ones on my FFR. I'll post some more of the chassis pics that you sent me this evening.
Thanks

Default And Some Pics of the Engine

Here are some pics of the engine on the stand being run in waiting on the rest of the car. I still have to change out the oil pan that was on it when I bought it and the old carb that the guy threw in with the engine will have to be upgraded but if the car's ready in a couple of weeks the engine will be ready for it. Can't wait!
