Relatively safe, fully adjustable, Removable, cosmetically appealing, unfortunately not available any more.
CR's had the right idea............

OK GUYS...I am taking a little drive from Camp Pendleton, CA to Camp Lejeune, NC...and I'm just gonna have to rest my neck once in a while.
I need headrests for comfort and maybe a bit of safety.
I have dual roll bars on my BDR ( just to give my navigators a false sense of security).
Please tell me some one can make a pair that I can get.
I can have my local upholstery guy go the covering to match my grey interior..

I just ordered some SFI 45.1 padding for my roll bar but when I received it realized it's meant for helmet contact and not that much softer than the steel. So I just ordered some softer padding. It doesn't look too bad.

If you can touch your head to your roll bar, then you need to pad it. Nothing like BFT to ruin you day....

I would love to have headrests installed on my seats, the wife had spinal surgery a while back and lack of support for the head-neck are is a must. My roll bar is a single side to side type, and the seats are not the conventional Cobra seats.

Sounds like you need a full containment seat(s), HANS device, and a helmet(s). Or, maybe just drive the family grocery getter instead.
