I recall this case, and how bad it sounded for Shelby, like he was taking the guy to the cleaners and all that.
It's a good thread Pat, I'm glad to see this resolved in favor of Shelby.
That was an interesting twist on the settlement issue being allowed as evidence. Looks like Shelby was trying to do that right thing, even more, from early on.
What ever happened to that other guy with the ultra expensive Shelby GT hood fiasco,,, I wonder.

To enlarge, click on the view tab and go down to zoom. You can do this multiple times until it gets large enough
