Boring compared to the other great bikes already posted on this forum, but I have a 92 BMW K100. It's a fun bike to ride, but I'll go back to a Harley after I finish building my Cobra.
Here is a photo of my wife and I when we road a Harley through Yellowstone this past summer.....5 days, 800+ miles, and a few hours of cold rainstorm and my wife never complained. She's a keeper!

A proud pop of a few. 58 500cc Matchless, 71 BSA 650 thunderbolt, 2- BMW 750/5, and a 1976 850 T3 MotoGuzzi with 234K on the clock. Back is so bad now I can't ride much anymore but for the BDR #293 in the garage that I wouldn't trade for it's weight in gold.

I was a 3 bike and cobra guy. earlier this year I sold the bikes I was riding the least.
She's gone- a lot of fun to ride (as close to a cobra as a bike can be)
My Generation 1 Confederate- 120hp, 120lb-ft of torque.
my '90 heritage
and the sole survivor my '04 roadglide-
she's not as fast as the confederate, and doesn't have the style of the heritage, but she is the best all around bike I've ever owned. Can easily pack stuff for 2 for the week. Put the tour pack on and I feel "safe" taking the daughters for a 4 hour ride. Listen to the radio on the highway doing 90mph with cruise control on.
I've been riding since I got out of college in 1989. Have owned 1 Yamaha, 1 iron head sporty, 1 "evo" sporty, 2 shovelheads (FXE and an FL), 1 panhead (chopped FL), a heritage, confederate, and the roadglide. and I'm looking for a basket for a winter project now

I see you started off with a great bike! I have a Norvin, 50 Black Shadow, 54 Rapide with a Steib, and a "new" bike, a 95 BMW R1100RS.
Old is best! Simple, easy to fix and work on, few special tools needed. Sound like something else?
Cheers

Now that's what I'm talkin about. Nice. Love the RS so post a pic if you have.
I've been bikeless for 25 years now but I still get the itch every spring. Here are a few of my past rides.
My first bike. 1974 Suzuki GT550 three cylinder, two-stroke.
In 1979, Suzuki released the GS1000e in "S" trim. The Wes Cooley replica. I was first in line. Sold this just out of boot camp. Awesome bike.
My last was a 1984 Seca 900. My first "shafty". Another great bike.

That's a great video Dan.
I started off at 14 with a Mustang 50cc 5 hp,then a 1966 Triumph Bonneville at 18. I sure would like to have them both back again.
Switched to Harleys.
I now ride a 2004 Road King Classic with a 95" Stage II Big Bore.
I average a little over 13k mile a year. My cars average 2.5k,total.

Whats up with that? I too have considerably more miles on my bike than on the Cobra. And I've had the Cobra a LOT longer!

Hey cankaw,
You have two H2s? Wow, had a G31m and H1 way back when. Both tried numerous times to kill me. Now playing with Spanish iron(Bultaco) last 15 years and they handle so much better. 209

Hey 209,
Actually, I have 2 completes, an original purple 73 that is being restored back to bone stock original and a 75 that was a drag bike but is 80% original.
I also have a 72 that is about 60% complete but could be made into something nice.
Here is a pic of one of my older ones.

There we go! Never had the luxury to actually ride one, but the H2 750 has to be on my top-5 list of all time. Got any videos of it running, driving at speeed (drag version ) , or just idling? - truly unparalled sound once in the power band with the triples whaling away in unison!

Motorcycles?
Hi cankaw,
Ooh chambers and all!!!!! I may have to search for another white H1. Try launching the H1, you fall off the powerband and you'll get run over! Come to think of it, same with the G31m. Now cobra. 209

Well I found my Cafe Racer winter project tonight. A 1976 CB750F1 Supersport. 22,000 miles on the clock and drove it home. Runs like a top. Planning to transform it into something like the bottom pic.
