Gasp! gag! choke!

Only GGTM (God's gift to morons) would pull such a dastardly stunt!

Now I don't believe that for one minute. And, I'll have you know, my "cream to crap" ratio has moved up to 11/89.

Richard was speaking with a bit of familiarity about the this thread. In other words, he asked me if I'm buying Fran's wheels . I replied, "Whoever does this first will get the lions share from this thread's list, including myself."

Just spoke with Fran. He needs more time... He's returning home tomorrow and asked for a couple more days.

Just spoke with Bob Lacey for the first time (Vintage Wheels). Nice guy. He's looking into it.

Trigo officially declined (I reconfirmed just now). Trigo gets the 'Quick, Definitive Answer Award'.
No surprises here. Please keep me and the other guy who's actually interested in purchasing a set of these wheels informed when any new developments arise. Thank you.

Maybe you all can contact Charlie Sheen and see if he'll cast them for you. I hear he's got some free time on his hands now.

Is he still looking? Or did he decide that fixing Libya is easier than casting wheels in mag?

We should let this thread "swim with the fishes."

Let's face it, until the economy greatly improves and/or some great benevolent person (see Patrick's cam offer ) surfaces, new magnesium wheels will not be built.

Benelovent person? Yeah, if any group ever needed charity...

No word from Richard, Fran, or Bob.

I had a short but sweet email exchange with David K about billet mags. VERY costly: big ass chunk of billet and machining billet is much more than machining cast.

Um, ERA Chas, what's your address? I might send over the goon squad to lift your mags .

Swim with the fishes Knockers? Getting there, but not yet.

Default A Riddle

Riddle me this: What does this deal and the Legal Code of Alfred the Great both have in common?

There are other threads, but Lew's thread dates back to 3/02/2008, only three years ago.

Updated Magnesium Halibrand thread

Assuming Halbrand makes a new magnesium wheel, I don't believe, from what I understand, Halibrand will use M&A Castings. They may be manufactured in another country. Does that still interest "you"?

The order is too small for the big wheel companies to tackle and likely too large for the small guy to handle.

I thought this would be appropriate....

Fran is getting really close to having enough on the list to do them. Lately he has been getting daily calls.

Sending goons would only piss my wife off and she'd yell at them. Sending 6000 green bills would lift my mags...

Huh? Wha? How many on "the list" now? I wonder why all the calls now. It can't be this superfluous thread.

Do we have a weekly update?

Actually, given it's March 2011, this would be the 3rd Annual Magnesium Wheel Wannabe's Shareholders Meeting. I call the meeting to order.
