Default Need to ID Cobra turn signal lever

My friend has a Shelby Replica made by Shelby American Inc. in Los Angeles. NH001XXXX. Here is the broken turn signal lever, trying to find a replacement, I believe the car was manufactured in 1992. Thanks

Your friend has a Cobra replica with a bogus Shelby tag

That is not a turn signal lever from anything Shelby made.

Shelby started making replicas in 1996

That lever looks like some OEM piece from a production car.

Like Ron said that arm could be from any car. Why don’t you just weld or braze a washer over that broken part so it would slide back over the arm, it should work fine, also sand that arm down and paint that rusty looking part.

Thanks fellas, I was trying to determine what sort of column it was from the picture, the lever is bent and probably won't straighten. The thing has been re-welded before it seems. Just trying to be helpful.

I am ignorant of Shelby history and who makes what, so I came here, still hoping someone has seen the lever on any sort of car. It doesn't seem to be a Ford or GMC lever, but it seems unlikely that it would be particularly unique in a replica.

Take a picture of the steering column where the lever attaches. Also, take a picture of the lever shooting straight down so we have a full profile shot. Next, make sure when you take a picture of the steering column you take both a close up and a full side shot of the column itself so we can see the entire column as it protrudes from the dash.
