Jay could buy any Cobra(s) he wants, but this is his Cobra. I like that. For a rich guy, he keeps things down to earth. I've heard that he says he does not spend the money he earns off the Tonight Show. He says he lives off the money he earns doing stand-up dates. I find that hard to believe, but if true, it shows he still likes to earn his living the hard way (or sort of anyway).

It's hard to beat the weather here in SoCal. I have lived in San Diego most of my life, and never really appreciated it until I was in the Military and traveled. I have a place in Arizona that snowbirds rent during the winter, but San Diego with the beaches, mountains and deserts is hard to beat. Maybe you should look at being a snowbird and just rent during the cold months? My renters love AZ during the winter. They live about 10 miles from the canadian border and can't stand the cold anymore. They stay at my place from November 1st till April 1st.
