Default Yet another article on the Bullitt chase scene

My son forwarded this to me. One can never learn too much about a film that most of us have enjoyed so much. It takes the stuntman's perspective.

Tom,

Thanks for posting, wonderful article on what has to be the best movie chase scene ever and good to give Loren Janes his due ... liked the bit about the smoke prop when McQueen backs up and the tire is bouncing up and down !

Three Mustangs and three Chargers ... I'll bet someone on CC can tell us where they are now. I have only heard about one Mustang that is locked away ... the other cars ???

At least one of the "extras" are still around. Here's a link to the Bullitt Healey: http://stevesaustinhealey.com/index....&id=5&Itemid=6 Check out the rest of the site, Steve Thomton has done a beautiful job personalizing that car.

Bullitt Healey … that's pretty cool

Wonder where the 'Bullitt Bug' is, that's one 'extra' that got a lot of screen time!
