how does the 8 stack mileage "stack" up to carbs? I've heard its better but no experience. Actually, truth be known I could give s**t about the mileage more concerned with range- I have some drives in mind where there's a fair distance between gas stations.

xlr8tr,
depending on right foot modulation, I can easily get 20+ or under 6 mpg. For me cruising at 80 for mostly highway I'm right around 25 mpg. BUT that takes a lot of control!!!
