Do they offer a lot of options with those? Or is it basically just a straight package? Sharp car. I'll always be a Mustang guy.

The new mustangs are really bringing performance back to the pony cars. Chevy's new 556HP LSA coming out in the Camaro will be outrageous too. Let the "wars" continue!

Nope, base Mustang GT accessories. Only options are Recaros/Torsen and cover/mats. That's it.

Do you think the 2013 Boss302 will have the 1970 style paint scheme and shaker hood?

Yep. They'll do something to delineate 2013.

I can't wait for the new Camaro to debut. I like that motor in the Caddy, but might be more cost effective in a Camaro package.

Dave,
I am very impressed with the Boss 302 ! I bet you can hardly wait.
With the seats and 3.73 gears, what is a ball park figure on your car ? IF you don't mind saying of course.

The thread title indicates a Boss 302R, that is a Ford race car, (FR500, and CJ) ordered by Ford Racing part number, no title. The Boss 302S is also a "race only" car, but will compete in a different catagory.
Is this the car that was dynoed?

I believe the 302r and the standard Boss share the same engine and driveline.

The 302r and 302s both put out the same hp and tq numbers, i have an fr500c it is a full race car like the boss302r, I saw an S race a R, besides the race car weight reduction, its the same car pretty much. I like the big wing on back also.

Ran across this window sticker for a Boss 302 that is on it's way to Dallas.
I sure like them.

Pretty impressive numbers from the boss. So far it's bested the GT500 by about 4 seconds, faster than the M3, R8, and GTR
Looks like the chassis guys did an amazing job on this car.
The camaro, and challenger will not be able to keep up without a complete revamp of the rolling chassis. They are not even close to the standard 'stangs this year.
Who knows, maybe we'll see something new next year.
