My wife hand drew the Cobra logo as a black line drawing. I think it looks pretty good. I have looked all over the web for any copyright info and can't find anything. All the images I've seen have no copyright or trademark symbol. I'm fairly comfortable with the writing for the back That's not really a copyright/trade mark problem.

We don't happen to have any lawyer types out there do we?

The Cobra logo and any of the commercial "snake" logos are either under the guardianship or the ownership of Shelby Licensing.

http://www.shelbylicensing.com/licen..._Property.html

They do license apparel manufacturers and they do police their copyrights.

Choose wisely. Be original.

If I remember right Ford also shares in the copyrights of Cobra with Shelby but that logo with the snake is probably Shelby only. I'd be happy just with the script on the back you started your post with. Maybe you could just put the word COBRA on the front.

I went up on Shelby's merchandise site under apparel thinking I'd like to order some T-Shirts and their old 60s blue collar shirt and they don't have stock on anything. You can't even order....typical of Shelby!

Yep! Dropping the idea of the Cobra Emblem. We are WAY too small to start something that there is no way of winning.

Back to the original thoughts of Club Cobra on the front with the www of just no print at all. I'd like some input on this. GUYS??

I guess we'd need approval from Brent on that.........
