Pent Roof Baffle

I just purchased some pent roof valve covers with holes for breather and PCV ports from Tony Branda (http://store.cobranda.com/ch427perovac1.html). I just received them and I noticed that there are no baffles to prevent oil from escaping. How are you guys running these valve covers handling the baffle issue. I see that summit has these grommit baffles http://www.summitracing.com/search/?keyword=G3413&dds=1. I read somewhere that they whistle though. Any easy home built solutions?
