E Bay COBRA! WOW! GOTTA LOOK!!
Alright, I usually don't bash another's car but geez wait till you see this POS! I mean I need a Tetanus shot just to look at it. Remember, all the hard work is done already. So the remainder should be an easy build!! Enjoy: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1966-...f63828d5#v4-32

That's tragic. Somebody started out some time ago with a dream in mind and it didn't work out. How many times has that happened!? I feel sorry for not only the guy but the car.

"Hard to describe in words, pictures accurately depict the car."
Uh, yeah.
Edit: The bigger issue is that his description is comically inaccurate/optimistic. He'd get more sympathy from me if he told a story like what redmt was suggesting (if that is indeed the case).

Looks like it has been sitting out in the rain and wind. Wonder why they cut around the front fenders and the sides of the cowl ?????
The icing on the cake is the Chevy engine
Maybe the guy was really enthused to build it and finish it right when he saw our thread about having a Chevy engine in a Cobra and realized he was wasting his time with that car/engine combination. It may have been OUR THREAD that caused him to become dissolusioned and abandon his work !!! . . .

One man's trash is another man's treasure...
This should be a sticky on the scratch build forum under "what not to do".

A couple rattle cans of Krylon and a few coats of Zaino and she'd be looking fine.

Wish I had this to share with the caller yesterday looking for "a steal" and could not understand the difference in cost between an unassembled kit and a roller.

Hummmm! Now that would be a challenge of monumental proportions! Good luck to who ever makes this their project.

I must have done something! The listing has been pulled! Thanks for posting the picture. It really all comes down to the details: the 2" galvanized pipe for the upper radiator hose, the water bottle for a puke tank, the open panels give you the "real" feeling of driving a roadster, the double roll bars (where's patrickt when you need him??), the arc "goober" welds construction was nice, and not to mention the Cobra mural on the nose. It really is a mess! But hey it's all in what some people see!
