Default give up , need good shop in Houston area

Ok, after finding the broken neg cable ( see my last post ), now the **&^ car will not charge !! On output Term of Alt , 15.2 volts at 900 rpm. However at the pos\ neg of the battery , 12.30 volts ( battery in trunk ) one of those 6 pack cell type battery .
Again checked all\replaced the wiring , at this point ( unless someone here has a great idea ) , need a pro. Can anyone guide me to a good shop in the Spring\Woodlands area of Houston ?? Again thanks for all the help , Do not know what I would do without the help I get here !!!

1. Is the battery fully charged?
2. By what path does the charge get from the alternator to the battery? What gauge is that wire?
3. Do you have a voltmeter in the dash? does it seem to work?. What does it read when the car is started and running?
4. If yes on #3, rev the engine over 2200-2500 rpm one time and note the voltmeter reading.
5. Put a temporary ground wire on the alternator housing (jumper cable perhaps) and see if there is a change.

Let us know what you find.
