SAAC 36 For Sale Area?
Alright, I really want to go to the SAAC meet in Virginia for many reasons. I really want to see all the cars ,plus when was the last time SAAC was this close to Georgia!! The biggest is to take my ERA FIA to possibly sell. I've scoured the website but didn't see anything or any "For Sale" areas available. Does anyone know of how or what I would need to do? I do think it would be the best place to advertise my FIA as there will be many other people with the same interest. I've decided to sell and move on to my other projects. I've really enjoyed the car but I find myself not driving it much and I've got another project waiting.
Any advise on where to sell or the day I need to arrive? Any experts out there that will be attending too? Do I need to rent some cheerleaders too? Any help is appreciated! Regards, Matt

Thanks guys for the response. I'll email SAAC as well to get some more info. I still think my car is a great buy at 45K. It is essentially new and with all the title/ registration problems out there it would save a lot of heart ache for anyone. I've had a lot of interest here on CC and most went on to buy other cars so I knew they were really a player. I think I'm just too far away from most of my potential customers. One actually bought a very nice ERA FIA but has had to wait over 5 months just to get it registered and titled!!
I have a 427 tunnel port motor I would like to get together and also a 66 Mustang Fastback to restored again. I've had my 2+2 for over 22 years and I want to get her back in shape. The Cobra has always been my "investment" and the car that kept me busy for many years. With two active boys and a family always on the go, it's hard to get it out and actually enjoy. With my 2+2, I could actually take the family out too.
I think with the coverage SAAC might potentially offer I shouldn't really miss out on the opportunity. The good news is I don't have to sell but I really want my car to go to the right person to enjoy. She deserves a great home and the new owner will not be disappointed in anyway.
Thanks Jeff, hope to see you there as well. I've REALLY enjoyed your Cobra build! It brings back a lot of great memories of my build and the late nights of fun! Thanks again, Matt

Matt...we are planning a "preferred parking area" and several people have requested that they display their cars that are For Sale.
Check at the Registration area when you arrive; they will know just where that section will be.

THANKS!! That sounds Great! Do you think any hotels still have vacancy? I know I wanted too long but I just might have to rough it for a day or too. I'll check around. Regards, Matt
