Default Classic Roadsters Stuff

Hi - an acquaintance recently purchased a Classic Roadsters completed car. I understand that the company has gone out of business. The new owner is looking for sidepipes and a convertible top. Is there a former or current Classic owner who knows the source for these parts; or, may have them for sale.

Thanks......Denis

Denis.....is there a reason for desiring another set of side pipes, the existing side pipes can be rebuilt, i.e. replacing the muffler portion. If the extension from the headers up to the muffler is still good, generic reducers, mufflers, turnouts are available from a number of vendors

I have a set of the Classic roadsters original side pipes. Bad news is that they are in hawaii.

Not knowing the shipping costs etc from HI to Canada, a UPS Store constructed for me shipping cartons from HD corrugate and since they packed, fully insured .

I still have the wood crate they were shipped in which worked great but the
size of it was a big factor in the cost. That is the bad thing about living on a rock in the middle of the ocean - although we aren't having a heat wave now.

Years ++ ago, DV posted a Thread on replacing the original CR side pipe muffler, which prompted me to follow his suggestion.

That is exactly what I did when Don Scott had it - the new pipes sure made a
difference.

Thanks folks for the helpful comments. I will refer the interested party to DV so he can discuss his needs directly, and have recommended this forum as a terrific resource! Cheers.....Denis
