Title & Registration in Illinois. Anyone done this?
I came across this web posting while looking to download a Title/Registration Application Form to apply for the title & registration of my Cobra.
RAW's Cobra Kit Car.
The Illinois State website tells you how to apply and fill out the application form yet no form can be found on their site.
Anyone in Illinois know where the Application form can be found.
It's not even possible to contact the Illinois DMV via the internet to answer the question. I dread calling by phone as I dread calling any state or federal office.
Would enjoy solving this puzzle.
