Default Superformance rear light wiring and bulb replacement

The wiring lugs on My 2001 superformance (SP1093) right lower rear lights came off, I matched the color code from the left side and realized there is an additional unused wire (white with black stripe)
1. Does anybody know what this is for. perhaps spare or maybe reverse light which does not exist.
2. With green and brown wire back on, turn signal light still does not work,
How do you remove light socket from housing? Is it turn to release (notched)or just pull (compression).

The plastic bulb socket turns in the aluminum housing for bulb replacement - about a 1/4 turn.
The white/black ) (Black/White???) wire is usually not used in the USA - Reverse lamp. Just be sure it is properly terminated and tucked away. If you need, send me your email and I'll send a photo of the socket removed from the housing...My contact info below...Some have a Grey/Red wire in back too. - Rear Red Fog Light - Also not usually used.
When you said "right lower rear lights" - you are saying "passanger side", lower socket?
If you find the bulb to be working, the next thing to check is the actual flasher unit located on the drop down fuse panel. It can easily be identified as the crushed plastic part located in the upper left hand side of the fuse panel. Probably squeezed to death by the metal spring clamp used to secure it. Part can be found at any auto part store.
