Default Gibbs Brand Penetrant for MAGNESIUM...

Looking for user feedback specifically on preservation of mag. Not needed for rusty bolts.
Will it keep corrosion away when used regularly and what properties does it have? I've got highly polished Halibrands, not corroded or 'patina' finish. Just want an easier way to keep them alive.
I know it works great on guns and ally- want to hear about mag-like wheels, blowers and SOHC covers.
Thinking of Jerry and those old fuel car motors and mags...

You could always try it on the side of the wheel that faces under the car and see how it does. That way if it discolored your wheel no one would notice.

Sure. But not concerned for discoloration. Pretty sure it won't. Want to know how and how long it retards corrosion in the dampness.
Doesn't seem like many guys have used it.
