Fry it, grill it, crock pot it...
It is like a light beef.
Cut into small pieces (about the size of a McD's chicken nugget), seasoned with salt, pepper, and Everglades seasoning, rolled in flour, then rolled in hot sauce, then rolled in flour again, the deep fry for a few minutes. Have hot sauce or ranch for dipping.
great with a cold beer..
Lots of recipes out there...
I have a small cooler at the office, I will send it too...

flaflier,
Got to ask ... what is the plastic loop in the tail for ... some kind of a tag?

Plastic loop is the tag, and once it is snapped on, can't be removed until the gator is processed or sold.

Brent,
got the cam today, thank you. I haven't opened it up yet, my question is, can I leave it packed until I'm ready, or do I need to take it out and oil it?
Thanks again!

They coat them pretty good when they stick them in the box, so you should be ok.
Personally, I would have already checked it out.....the smell of a new cam is on my top 5 list of the best smells.....

Gawd, that looks nasty. Like eating through a 50,000,000 year old time machine.
I'll stick to Trilobite stew.

I am having the skin from the 9-2 gator tanned, should be done in about 4 months. Not sure what I was going to do with it, covering my dashboard was a thought, as was recovering one of the seats.
