ERA 483 Off Market
I had been outa AC's since high school. Back then I got to play in the orginal's. The 53rd./260cid slabside; a 64/289 slabside & a 66/427 side oiler. As well as GT 350's, GT 500's, SEL300's, Healey's & Jag's. My dear friends stepfather was a collector. He had close to 30 cars of the above listed types. There were nights we would run the streets of a major Southern US city in a pack of GT's & AC's looking for chevy's & mopars to crush! My 1st car was a 66/GT350, I paid $1,500 for it! Sold it a couple of yrs. later, for many K's more; in pieces! & thought I did well It was a blessed youth! But the baddest of them all; was that 66/427 side oiler!! I just never got over/forgot that car! So 30+ yrs. later & after many different rides. I started to look for a roadster. After careful looking, I decided on ERA #483. A 427 side oiler listed here. While this one didn't have the 2/715's Holly's like the orginal side oiler did back in high school. 483 is a real/pristine (via test drive) BEAST I'm a Happy Man!! Thanks MB!! Look out Kangamangus Hwy., White Mtns. & Maine coast. I finally have my own "Mother Bear"! ALSO! Thanks to all of you in advance! For advice I'm sure I will be requesting!!!
