Protecting Grommets
Can anything be done to protect the grommets around the roll bar from cracking? Material is SBR rubber - just a standard rubber grommet.
I've tried ArmorAll but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Grommets are a couple years old and have tiny cracks all over them

Hey Paul, I have a feeling Armorall is a bit of a vicious cycle to keep moisture content. I like silicon.

Armorall can cause cracks in rubber but as a painter I know it also contains more fisheye causing silicone than anything else in our universe. I wouldn't put anything on them.
