I'm extending this challenge on to all.

Where do I get the little plastic dust cover protectors that protect the needle bearings on Spicer brand U joint?

I haven't been able to find them anywhere

they come on the u joint directly from spicer

never heard of anyone changing one of them

you will need to get a u joint

... and when you lube it, make absolutely sure that you continue pumping grease in to the zerk until all four posts are purged, as per this Spicer instructional video on how to lube your u-joints: http://ujoint.kickme.to
